Case Study 5 – Company Acquisition

Client operated an excellent services company. The directors were ambitious and saw a gap in the market where they could buy a competitor at an attractive price. The synergies in the transaction were strong. Despite earlier promises the existing funders were not supportive and clients thought the deal would be lost. We discussed the transaction in detail and were able to introduce them to a funder who believed in the individuals, the existing business and the business they were purchasing.
